Vande Somnath

Celebrate the enduring spirit of India’s cultural heritage at Vande Somnath, a vibrant evening of music and dance set along the shores of the Arabian Sea on 28th July 2025. As the holy month of Shravan unfolds, this special event will showcase a rich blend of classical and folk traditions in a setting that reflects the spiritual essence of Somnath. Featured performances include captivating Bharatanatyam presentations by Ananda Lahari School of Performing Arts and Dhruba Institute of Dance Foundation (led by Sayani Chakraborty & team), along with dynamic acts by the Anjali Memorial Committee from Vadodara. Adding depth and rhythm to the evening, Shri Yogesh Gadhvi & team will bring the region’s folk music to life. The performances will be held across picturesque locations: the Shri Somnath Temple Chowpatty, the Promenade Walkway opposite the temple, and the scenic stretch of road from Sagar Darshan Bhavan to the temple.
