IDY has successfully completed 10 years, and in 2025, we are celebrating the 11th IDY in a truly global and inclusive manner. ‘Yoga Sangam’ or the main IDY event will orchestrate a synchronized mass yoga demonstration based on the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) at over 1 lakh locations across India on 21st June 2025 from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM.
